Refund policy

Returns

If you receive a faulty item, please complete our returns form to request a return. If your return is approved, we'll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without first requesting authorisation will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items by post unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

You can contact us with any return enquiries at info@gde.co.nz.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We'll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement product is to return your original item (once your return has been approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
